Founded in 2017, the senior management team all have more than 15 years of experience across asset classes at firms including BlackRock, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and AMTD. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Assured Asset Management has offices in 4 countries. We manage both commingled funds and separately managed accounts, and specialize in custom structured products.

A team of experienced professionals
Robert has over 20 years of financial industry experience. Most recently, he was Partner & COO at Redwood Peak. Previously, he served as Head of Asia Prime Services Risk at Barclays where he spent 10 years across Europe, North America, and APAC regions. Prior to this, he worked at PwC. He received a Master of Engineering degree from Imperial College London and an Executive M.B.A. from Kellogg-HKUST.

Angie has over 10 years of financial industry experience. Most recently, she was Co-Chief Executive Officer and Head of Investment Solutions for AMTD Strategic Capital Group. Previously, she was responsible for fixed income financial products trading at Polaris Securities (HK) Limited. Prior to this, she was an investment analyst at ISM Media. In 2017, Angie co-founded Assured Asset Management.

Carlson has almost 20 years of financial industry experience. Prior to joining Assured, Carlson has had extensive experience in working with HSBC, AIG Private Bank, Falcon Private Bank, and AMTD Asset Management.

Shaune is a seasoned financial expert with over 15 years of experience in the banking industry and in finance. He is a proven outperformer awarded 1st in the Asset’s Best Individuals in Asian Local Currency Bonds in 2018. Prior to joining Assured, he was the Director, Fixed Income Group, Mizuho Securities Asia Limited in Hong Kong. Previously, he worked at leading institutions including Credit Suisse, HSBC and Daiwa Securities Singapore.
Shaune Lim
Chief Executive Officer, Singapore
Claire has over 20 years' financial services experience. Most recently, she was managing partner at RoadRunner Management Limited, a private investment firm, and cofounder of Samurai Advisors. Previously, she traded inflation linked products at Lehman Brothers, Nomura and Societe Generale in London. She began her career in BlackRock’s Financial Institutions Group in New York. Claire has a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Connie has over 12 years in institutional sales & trading across major financial hubs with banks like HSBC, BNP, Macquarie, and Yuanta. As a former Director at AMTD Asset Management, she connected with top Asian family offices. Her entrepreneurial skills have driven success in private equity and venture capital. Connie holds an MBA-Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and studied law at the University of Law, London.
